众包、众筹和众创在用户参与式资源建设中的应用和比较

摘　　要：用户参与图书馆服务有助于调动大众力量帮助图书馆进行服务创新和提升用户满意度,是一种值得推广的服务模式。不同的大众参与模式和理念在图书馆服务中的应用各有侧重,有必要对这些理念进行梳理和总结。通过搜集国内图书馆众包、众筹和众创在图书馆服务创新中应用的相关文献和案例,分析三种用户参与服务模式的特点与应用趋势。国内的研究主要关注国外案例,且对众包模式关注较多。国内图书馆对众筹和众创模式已有尝试,但仅是小众行为。在"双创"背景和共享经济模式下有必要提升用户参与度和参与层次,借助大众的力量帮助图书馆完成信息共享和文化扶贫的重任。Users＇ participation in library services is conducive to mobilizing public power,helping libraries to innovate services and enhancing customer satisfaction. This service model is worth promoting. Different mass participation patterns and concepts are emphasized in the application of library service. It is necessary to sort out and summarize these concepts. By collecting the relevant documents and cases of Library＇s crowdsourcing,crowd-funding and mass collaborative innovation,this paper analyzes the characteristics and application trends of three types of user participation in collection development. Domestic research focuses on foreign cases,and pays more attention to crowdsourcing model. There are some tries of crowd-funding and mass collaborative innovation in domestic libraries,but only a small minority. It is necessary to enhance user participation and participation levels in the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation and accomplish the information and cultural poverty alleviation with the help of the public.
