近代绍兴留学教育的发展与影响  

On the Development and Influence of Overseas Study in Contemporary Shaoxing

摘　　要：在近代社会急剧变革中,绍兴地区率先发展留学教育,其留学生数量之多,留学规模之大,位居浙江省前列。由于政府政策支持,路途较近,费用较省,绍兴的留日教育规模要远超留欧留美教育规模。近代绍兴留学教育影响深远,包括以下几方面:第一,传播新思想和新知识;第二,促进了近代社会变革;第三,加速女性解放运动。近代绍兴留学教育的发展在中国教育史上留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。In the rapid transformation of modern society,Shaoxing took the lead in developing overseas education,and the students were numerous,the scale was large,and its development was in the forefront of Zhejiang Province. Due to the support of government policies and short distance,the scale of education for staying in Japan far exceeds the scale of education in Europe and America. In addition,it was very influential,three parts included,first,it spread new ideas and new knowledge; second,it promoted the transformation of modern society; third,it accelerated women＇s liberation movement. In a word,the development of overseas education in contemporary Shaoxing has left an indelible mark in the history of Chinese education.
