摘  要:为满足微波电路小型化的需求,设计了一款基于陶瓷基板的Ku频段发夹型带通滤波器。小型化的滤波器由两种阶梯阻抗谐振器组成,采用抽头结构进行输入输出变换。通过合理设计滤波器版图,引入交叉耦合,提高了阻带抑制度。通过合理选择馈电方式,在滤波器阻带引入两个额外的传输零点,优化阻带特性。测试结果显示,滤波器中心频率为11.85 GHz,相对带宽15%,中心频率插入损耗1.3 d B,存在9.19 GHz、10.38 GHz、14.23 GHz和16.66 GHz四个传输零点。滤波器尺寸为2.6 mm×2.5 mm(0.103λ0×0.099λ0)。滤波器尺寸小、阻带特性好,在电路中利用该滤波器可有效地抑制临近频段干扰信号。A novel Ku-band fourth-order hairpin bandpass filter using ceramic substrate is presented to meet the miniaturization requirement of microwave circuits. The miniaturized hairpin BPF employs two kinds of stepped-impedance resonators with tappedtransformer coupling at input and output.A cross-couple structure is adopted to improve the stop-band response.A proper feed structure,which adds two transmission zeroes to the filter response,is also adopted.A prototype is implemented and experimentally characterized,showing an insertion-loss of 1.3 d B at 11.85 GHz with a fractional bandwidth of 15 %.The four transmission zeroes are located at 9.19 GHz,10.38 GHz,14.23 GHz and 16.66 GHz respectively.The core size of the prototype is only 2.6 mm by 2.5 mm( 0.103 λ0×0.099 λ0).The designed BPF can provide excellent stop-band suppression performance in practical applications.
