摘 要:目的:对芦荟多糖增强免疫力功能进行评价。方法:设人体推荐剂量的20倍、15倍、10倍3个剂量组。清洁级KM小鼠经口灌胃给予芦荟多糖30天后,进行小鼠碳廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验以及自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性实验。结果:经口分别给予小鼠260、195、130 mg/kg·BW剂量芦荟多糖30天后,小鼠碳粒廓清试验及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验(半体内法)高剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);NK细胞活性测定高、中剂量组与阴性对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芦荟多糖在单核-巨噬细胞功能、NK细胞活性两个方面检测结果为阳性,故可判定在本实验条件下芦荟多糖具有增强免疫力的作用。Objective: To evaluate the immunity enhancing effect of aloe polysaccharides. Methods: Three different dose groups were set up based on 20 times,15 times,and 10 times of human being recommended dose.KM mice were orally administered with aloe polysaccharide for 30 days. Carbon clearance test, the phagocytotic test of chicken erythrocyte,as well as activity test of NK cells were carried out afterwards. Results: After 30-day intervention with aloe polysaccharide( 260 mg/kg,195 mg/kg,and 130 mg/kg),there was significant difference between the high-dose aloe polysaccharide group and the negative control group in terms of carbon clearance test and phagocytotic test of chicken erythrocyte( P〈0. 05). In terms of activity of NK cells,there was significant difference between high-dose aloe polysaccharide group and the negative control group,as well as between medium-dose polysaccharide group and the negative control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: It can be concluded that aloe polysaccharide has the action of enhancing immunity according to its positive results in the tests of macrophage phagocytosis and NK cells activity.
