摘 要:目的探讨不同T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白在恶性肿瘤患者外周血中的变化及临床价值。方法选择2015年5月至2016年4月就诊的恶性肿瘤患者85例为肿瘤组,选取同期健康体检者85例为健康组,采用流式细胞仪检测两组被试者外周血中不同T淋巴细胞亚群的水平变化,蛋白分析仪检测两组被试者免疫球蛋白的水平变化。结果肿瘤组CD3^+以及CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+百分比分别为(58.6±8.9)%、(36.4±10.2)%、(1.2±0.8)%,显著低于健康组的(74.2±10.7)%、(45.6±9.7)%、(2.1±0.9)%(t=10.334、6.026、6.891,P<0.05);而肿瘤组CD3^+CD8^+百分比为(35.8±8.7)%,显著高于健康组的(27.6±9.2)%(t=5.971,P<0.05);不同恶性肿瘤组间CD3^+、CD3^+CD4^+、CD3^+CD8^+以及CD3^+CD4^+/CD3^+CD8^+差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肿瘤组的Ig G与Ig A含量分别为(13.8±2.6)g·L^(-1)、(3.0±1.0)g·L^(-1),显著高于健康组的(12.3±2.3)g·L^(-1)、(2.3±0.8)g·L^(-1)(t=3.984、5.039,P<0.05);而Ig M含量为(1.5±0.5)g·L^(-1),显著低于健康组的(1.7±0.6)g·L^(-1)(t=2.361,P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者外周血中不同T淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白的变化对早期发现以及早期诊断具有指导意义。Objective To explore the changes and clinical value of different T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin in peripheral blood of malignant Neoplasms. Methods Eighty-five patients with malignant neoplasms who were treated in our hospital from May2015 to April 2016 were selected as the Tumor group. 85 Physical examined in the same period were selected as the Health group. The levels of different T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of the two groups of subjects were measured by the flow cytometry and the changes of immunoglobulins were detected by protein analyzer. Then the changes of the levels between the two groups were compared.Results The percentages of CD3~+,CD3~+CD4~+and CD3~+CD4~+/CD3~+CD8~+in tumor group were( 58. 6 ± 8. 9) %,( 36. 4 ±10. 2) %,( 1. 2 ± 0. 8) %,The difference was significantly lower than that in the healthy group( 74. 2 ± 10. 7) %,( 45. 6 ± 9. 7) %and( 2. 1 ± 0. 9) %. The difference was statistically significant( t = 10. 334,6. 026,6. 891,P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference in CD3~+,CD3~+CD4~+,CD3~+CD8~+and CD3~+CD4~+/CD3~+CD8~+between different malignant tumor groups( P〈0. 05).
