摘 要:针对印制电路板信号传输过程中的串扰和差分对阻抗匹配等问题,提出了具体改善信号完整性的措施和方案。利用Hyperlynx软件和Ansoft HFSS软件对ADV7390视频编码器进行了大量的仿真分析,通过采取端接、减小介质厚度、匹配阻抗、优化布线等措施对其结构进行了优化,并进一步验证了差分对的阻抗匹配的合理性。研究结果表明,仿真过程解决了系统中存在的诸多信号完整性问题,为改善和优化编码器的性能提供了理论依据。In view of the crosstalk and impedance matching of the differential signal in signal transmission of printed-circuit board(PCB),the specific plan has been put forward to improve the signal integrity.A great quantity of simulation analyses are operated on ADV7390 video encoder by using Hyperlynx software and Ansoft HFSS software.Its structure has been optimized by taking measures such as connecting resistors,decreasing medium thickness,matching impedance,and optimizating circuit,etc.Besides,the rationality of the impedance matching for the differential signal is validated.The research results show that many signal integrity problems are solved in the simulation,which provides a theoretical basis for improving and optimizing the property of the encoder.
