摘  要:为提高聚砜(PSF)超滤膜的亲水性,采用浸没沉淀相转换法掺杂共混制备了聚砜/β-环糊精杂化超滤膜,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪、原子力显微镜(AFM)、膜性能评价仪等对传统聚砜超滤膜和聚砜/β-环糊精杂化超滤膜的结构和性能进行了表征,考察了β-环糊精添加量、搅拌温度及凝固浴温度对聚砜/β-环糊精杂化超滤膜纯水通量和截留率的影响。研究结果表明:当添加β-环糊精的总质量分数为1.5 wt%时,聚砜/β-环糊精杂化膜的膜通量比PSF纯膜提高了7.6%;β-环糊精的加入减小了膜的纯水接触角,改善了PSF膜的亲水性,降低了膜表面的粗糙度,提高了膜的耐污染性能。In order to improve the hydrophilicity of polysulfone( PSF) ultrafiltration membranes,a kind of polysulfone/β-cyclodextrin hybrid membrane was prepared by immersing phase-conversion method. The structure and properties of conventional polysulfone membranes and polysulfone/β-cyclodextrin hybrid membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),contact angle measurement,atomic force microscopy( AFM) and membrane performance appraisal. The effect of β-cyclodextrin addition,stirring temperature and coagulation bath temperature on the pure water flux and retention rate of polysulfone/β-cyclodextrin hybrid membranes were investigated respectively.Results show that when the content of β-cyclodextrin is 1. 5 wt%,the flux of polysulfone/β-cyclodextrin hybrid membrane is 7. 6% higher than that of pure PSF membrane. The addition of β-cyclodextrin reduces the pure water contact angle of PSF membrane,improves the hydrophilicity and decreases the surface roughness of the PSF membrane to enhance its anti-fouling performances.
