精神卫生中心长期住院患者现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解金山区长期住院精神障碍患者的现状,并对导致患者长期住院的因素进行分析。方法:采用自制调查问卷对金山区精神卫生中心连续住院3年以上的295例精神障碍患者长期住院的原因进行调查、分析。结果:长期住院患者中以精神分裂症患者居多,多为反复住院;男性比例高于女性;婚姻状况以单身者(未婚、离异)居多;87.8%的患者有监护人,但大部分因担心病情复发、在家无人照料或监护人年迈等原因而不愿接患者出院;有60.3%的患者享受免费住院的政策,也导致其长期滞留医院。结论:精神障碍患者长期滞留医院,有自身疾病原因,也有家庭和社会因素,应引起各方面的重视。Objective： To learn the status of the patients with mental disorders of long-term hospitalization in Jinshan District and analyze the factors which caused long-term hospitalization for the patients. Methods： The self-made longterm hospitalization questionnaire was used to survey 295 patients with mental disorders in Jinshan District Mental Health Center for more than 3 years. Results： The patients who hospitalized for long-term were mainly schizophrenics and many of them hospitalized repeatedly. The male proportion was significantly higher than the female one. The patients of long-term hospitalization were mainly single（un-married or divorced）; 87.8% of the patients had a guardian, but they were reluctant to take patients out of the hospital because of worrying about the recurrence of the illness, there were no guardians to attend them at home, the guardian was aged and other factors; 60.3% of the patients enjoyed the policy of free of charge of hospitalization, which also led to the long-term retention of the patients. Conclusion： The factors that cause long-term retention of patients with mental disorders are their own disease, family and society, which should cause the attention of each respect.
