平衡松解术联合尼莫地平缓释片治疗原发性血管性头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡松解术联合尼莫地平缓释片治疗原发性血管性头痛的临床疗效。方法纳入80例血管性头痛病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组口服尼莫地平缓释片,治疗组口服尼莫地平缓释片,并接受平衡松解术治疗。比较两组病人治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、疼痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后第1周VAS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗后第1个月即达到稳定;两组治疗后第1个月、第2个月VAS评分、疼痛持续时间及发作次数均较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后第2个月,治疗组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平衡松解术联合尼莫地平缓释片治疗原发性血管性头痛,能够缓解头痛程度,减少头痛发作次数、缩短持续时间,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of balanced release treatment and nimodipine sustained release tablets in the treat-ment of primary vascular headache. Methods Eighty patients with primary vascular headache were randomly divided into two groups：control group （ n=40） treated with nimodipine sustained release tablets,and treatment group （ n=40） treated with balanced release treatment and nimodipine sustained release tablets. The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores,the number of pain episodes,the duration of pain and the curative effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results The VAS scores de-creased significantly in treatment group after the first week of treatment （ P〈0.05）,and reached the stable states after the first month of treatment.The VAS scores,the duration of pain and the number of headache attacks in two groups were significantly improved com-pared with the previous month,which were significantly better in treatment group than that in control group （ P〈0.05）. After the sec-ond month of treatment,the clinical efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group （ P〈0.05）. Conclu-sion Balance release treatment and nimodipine sustained release tablets can relieve headache,reduce the number of headache at-tacks,shorten the duration and improve the curative effect in patients with primary vascular headache.
