摘 要:基于安全性、可行性以及成本的考虑,硬件在环仿真测试已经成为整车控制器开发流程中非常重要的环节。搭建基于MATLAB/d SPACE的纯电动汽车整车控制器硬件在环仿真测试系统,该系统以d SPACE实时处理器运行仿真模型来模拟受控对象的运行状态,通过I/O接口与被测的整车控制器连接,对整车控制器进行系统的测试。该系统能够减少实车路试的次数、缩短开发时间、降低成本,同时提高整车控制器的软件质量,降低整车厂的风险。Hardware loop simulation test has already become an important step in vehicle controller development based on the consideration of safety, reliability and cost. Building the electric vehicle controller hardware in loop simulation test system using MATLAB/d SPACE is introduced in this paper, the hardware in the loop simulation test system simulates the running state of the controlled object by running the simulation model based on the d SPACE real-time processor. The system is tested with the vehicle control unit through I/O interface. This system can decrease the times of actual vehicle road test, shorten the development time, reduce the cost, at the same time it also can improve the hardware quality of vehicle controller, reduce the development risk.
