新媒体时代加强警察院校德育导师队伍建设路径探析

摘　　要：互联网技术的发展特别是手机的广泛使用,促进了以微博、微信为主要传播形式的新媒体的快速发展。信息传递突破了地域和空间的限制,各种信息之间交流碰撞,碎片式、主观化的信息给人们的思想观念带来了巨大的冲击。大学生作为新媒体各种平台媒介的主要发声者和受众,加强对他们的思想政治教育,引导其形成正确的道德判断,提高其道德素养,成为包括警察院校在内的高校思想政治工作的重点。应当紧随时代步伐,加强队伍建设,发挥德育导师在新媒体时代警校学生思想政治工作中的作用。The development of internet technology,especially the widespread use of mobile phones,has promoted the rapid development of new media using Weibo and WeChat as the main forms of communication. The transmission of information broke through the limits of area and space,and various kinds of information exchanged and collided. Fragmentation-typed and subjective information brought a huge impact on people＇s ideas and concepts.College students are the main vocalists and audiences of various media in new media, so strengthening their ideological and political education,g uiding them to form correct moral judgments and improving their moral qualities have become the focus of ideological and political work in universities, including public security colleges. We should keep pace with the times, strengthen team building and give full play to the role of moral educators in the ideological and political work of the public security colleges in the era of new media.
