摘　　要：T淋巴细胞作为一类重要的免疫活性细胞,不仅在炎症反应中发挥重要作用,还对肿瘤细胞具有杀伤效应。T淋巴细胞活化的启动需要T细胞受体(TCR)与抗原呈递细胞抗原的细胞外连接及动态信号复合物的后续形成,CD_3/TCR复合物在T细胞识别抗原和信号转导中发挥重要作用,而CD_3^+T淋巴细胞的表达在肿瘤抑制及对患者预后的评价中发挥重要作用,这为嵌合抗原受体T细胞免疫疗法的构建提供了可能。T lymphocytes are an important type of immunoreactive cells,not only in inflammatory response but also in killing effects on tumor cells.The activation of T lymphocytes requires the extracellular junctions between T cell receptor（TCR） and antigen presenting cells and the subsequent formation of dynamic signal complex,and CD3/TCR complex plays an important role in T cell antigen recognition and signal transduction.The expression of CD3~＋ T lymphocytes plays an important role in tumor inhibition and prognosis evaluation,which provides the possibility for the construction of chimeric antigen receptor T-cell.
