摘　　要：胃癌的发生发展是多因素、多基因共同作用下的多步骤过程,其病理发展过程十分复杂。在影响胃癌发病的多种因素中,遗传易患性仍是目前研究的热点。随着分子生物学的不断发展,近年来多种基因及其多态性与胃癌的相关性研究已经取得极大进展,这为胃癌的预防、诊断、治疗及预后提供了新的依据。现已证明,多种胃癌相关基因均存在基因多态性现象,而同种基因的多态性表达在胃癌的发生发展过程中发挥不同的作用。The occurrence and development of gastric cancer is a multi-step and multi-step process involving multiple factors and multiple genes,and its pathological development process is very complicated.Among the many factors that affect the pathogenesis of gastric cancer,genetic susceptibility is still the hot point of current research.With the continuous development of molecular biology,great progress has been made in the study of the correlation between multiple genes and their polymorphisms in gastric cancer in recent years.This provides a new basis for the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.It has been demonstrated that many kinds of gastric cancer-related genes have genetic polymorphism,and the polymorphism of the same gene has different roles in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
