江苏阳光集团财务共享中心的构建研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快和信息技术的发展,企业发展受到了巨大的影响。为了顺应时代发展,企业纷纷转型,财务共享模式应运而生。文章以江苏阳光为例,针对江苏阳光原先财务模式出现的问题,从理论上论述了江苏阳光构建财务共享中心的必要性,确立了江苏阳光创设财务共享中心的具体做法。最后,对全文进行总结,指出构建财务共享中心给企业带来的价值,以期为江苏阳光良好发展助力。With the acceleration of economic globalization and the development of information technology, enterprises＇ development has been greatly affected. In order to adapt to the development of the times, enterprises have been transformed, financial sharing mode emerged.Taking Jiangsu Sunshine Group as an example, this paper discusses the necessity of establishing financial sharing center of Jiangsu Sunshine Group in theory, and establishes the concrete practice of establishing financial sharing center. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole text and points out the value that the financial sharing center brings to the enterprise, in order to help Jiangsu Sunshine Group develop well.
