摘　　要：针对I公司血球仪产品质量不稳定问题,运用六西格玛质量管理方法进行分析研究。首先运用帕累托图,找出产品质量问题点机械手混匀,其次运用鱼骨图分析产生质量问题的主要原因,采取对策依次进行改进。实践证明,六西格玛管理方法可以有效地提高产品质量,降低不合格率。The Six Sigma quality management method is used to analyze the problem of the quality instability of I＇s blood cell product.First of all, we use Pareto diagram to find out the mixing point of the product quality problem. Secondly, we use fishbone diagram to analyze the main causes of quality problems, and take countermeasures to improve them in turn. It has been proved by practice that the Six Sigma management method can effectively improve the quality of products and reduce the rate of disqualification.
