摘　　要：本文介绍了一种电机铜条转子外圆的加工工艺,通过采取对铜条转子外圆车加工工艺改进及选用新型刀具等措施,降低电机杂散损耗耗、温升,达到提高电机效率的目的。This paper introduces the processing technology for the outer circle of a motor copper rotor. By adopting measures such as the improvement of the processing technology of the outer circle of the copper bar rotor and the selection of new types of tools, it can reduce the stray loss and temperature rise of the motor and increase the motor efficiency.
