摘 要:新建银西高铁银川机场黄河特大桥主桁为2联3×168m下承式连续钢桁梁柔性拱结构,采用墩梁同步、先梁后拱的方案施工。为提高施工阶段吊杆的横向刚度,在基于风洞试验实测三分力系数的基础上,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立施工阶段的有限元模型,分析拱肋安装阶段的静风响应,基于分析结果提出了地锚式和自锚式2种横向抗风方案,并优化抗风方案。结果表明:在静风荷载作用下,合龙前柔性拱的杆件应力会超过规范容许值,且横向位移较大,将引起结构横向失稳;2种方案均能有效抑制柔性拱的静风响应,出于施工便捷的考虑,该桥采用自锚式抗风方案;对该方案的布索方式优化后,施工阶段柔性拱的最大静风应力减小到162.2MPa,满足规范要求。The main truss of the Yinchuan Airport Huanghe River Bridge on the newly built Yinchuan-Xi′an High-Speed Railway is a structure of the through continuous steel truss girder with flexible arches arranged in 2 continuous units of 3×168-m spans.The bridge was constructed,using the scheme of constructing the piers and truss girder synchronously and installing the girder before installing the arches.To improve the transverse rigidity of the hangers of the arches at the construction stages,the finite element model for the construction of the bridge was set up,using the software MIDAS Civil,based on the three-component force coefficients measured in the wind tunnel tests.The aerostatic responses of the arch ribs at the installing stages were analyzed and according to the analysis,2 transverse wind resistance schemes of the ground anchoring and self-anchoring were proposed and the wind resistance schemes were optimized.The results yield that under the aerostatic load,the member stresses of the flexible arches before the closure of the arches may exceed the allowable values in the codes,the transverse displacement is great and will cause the transverse instability of the structure.With the proposed 2 schemes,the aerostatic responses of the arches can be effectively suppressed.In consideration of the construction convenience,the scheme of the self-anchoring is finally selected and after the wind cable arrangement in the scheme is optimized,the maximum aerostatic stresses of the arches at the construction stages are reduced by 162.2 MPa and can satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes.
