关于社院教学培训方式多样化的几点思考

摘　　要：教学是社院教育培训的中心。社院教学要实现通过培训不断提高党外代表人士的五种能力这一目标,一方面要注重对党外干部进行统战及相关理论知识的培训,另外一方面要采用灵活多样的教学方式充分调动学员学习的积极性以增强培训的实效性。Teaching is the center of Socialism Institute＇s education. The teaching should achieve the goal of improving the five abilities of the nonparty representatives through training. On the one hand,we should pay attention to the training of the united front and relevant theoretical knowledge for the cadres outside the party. On the other hand,we should adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to enhance the effectiveness of the training.
