摘　　要：从存货质押融资中存在的质押物丢失风险出发,提出了一种基于Android、互联网和GPS等技术的系统解决方案。系统从车辆生产厂商的ERP系统中获取出库车辆的信息,生成监管任务,并通过互联网络,将任务推送给监管员,监管员使用无线设备扫描VIN码,并将监管车辆照片发送给银行审核。应用结果表明:系统能有效降低监管中的人为因素,提高数据的准确性和及时性,有效保证质押车辆的安全,降低融资风险。To resolve the risk of vehicle loss, the system was proposed based on Android technology, Internet technology and GPS technology. The vehicle sales information from ERP of the vehicle manufacturer was pulled. The supervisory tasks were made and pushed to supervisor. VIN was scanned by usingthe wireless device and the pictures of the supervised vehicle were taken, and the information was up-loaded from wireless device to the server for auditing. It shows that the system can effectively reduce the human factors in the supervision, improve the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory data,achieve greater security of pledge vehicle and reduce the risk of financing.
