NBA集体谈判制度的发展及启示

摘　　要：NBA工资分配制度不断完善,球员薪金呈增长趋势;球员已实现自由转会;选秀制度的完善提高了NBA联赛的公平性;NBA根据时代发展要求保证集体谈判制度与时俱进;CBA集体谈判制度目前仍处于探索阶段。从工资分配制度、转会制度、选秀制度三个方面探讨NBA集体谈判制度对我国CBA发展的启示:应不断完善落实球员薪金管理制度,改革球员转会制度,完善选秀制度,加强后备人才的培养。NBA salary division system is improved and the salary of the football players increases.Athletes can transfer to other clubs freely.Selection system can improve the fairness of the NBA League.NBA can promote the group negotiation development with time.CBA negotiation group negotiation is still in the process of exploration.The paper discusses the enlightenment to CBA in the aspects of salary distribution system,club transference system and selection system.CBA should improve the salary management system,reform the club transference system,improve the selection system and strengthen the talent reserve development.
