摘  要:目的:了解同伴营养教育模式对农业院校在校大学生的营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)和膳食营养状况的影响,为选择合理的营养教育模式提供指导。方法:采用整群抽样方法随机抽取2个年级不同专业24个班共892名学生作为研究对象,分对照组和同伴教育组,从同伴教育组中选择同伴教育者60人,对同伴教育者进行营养教育,由同伴教育者向同班级、宿舍同学宣传营养知识和营养态度、行为的纠正。对照组和同伴教育组大学生进行营养KAP问卷调查和24 h回顾法进行膳食营养状况调查。结果:共发放KAP调查问卷892份,回收问卷855份,有效问卷823份,回收率和合格率分别为95.9%、96.3%。同伴教育组的营养知识和饮食行为得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),膳食营养状况中蛋白质、钙元素和维生素C摄入高于对照组(P<0.05),其他差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:同伴营养教育模式可提高大学生的营养知识水平,使饮食行为和膳食营养状况得到一定程度的改善,其同伴教育模式在营养教育中的应用是可行的。Objective To understand influences of peer education model on nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)and dietary nutrition status of agriculture college students,and provide guidance for choosing a reasonable nutrition education model.Method Using cluster sampling method,a total of 892 students from 2 grades students of different majors in 24 classes were randomly selected as subjects and divided into the control group(CG)and peer education group(PEG),and chose 60 peer educators from PEG.Peer educators received nutrition education,and disseminated nutrition knowledge and corrected attitude and practice.The nutritional KAP questionnaire and 24 h retrospective survey were conducted to investigate the dietary nutrition status before and after education.Result A total of 892questionnaires were distributed,855 questionnaires were returned,823 questionnaires were valid questionnaires,the recovery rate and the qualified rate were 95.8%and 96.7%,respectively.Scores of nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors of PEG was significantly higher than CG(P0.05),the dietary and nutritional status of protein,calcium and vitamin C intake was higher than CG(P0.05),there were no significant difference for others(P0.05).Conclusion Peer nutrition education model can improve the nutrition knowledge level of agriculture college students,so that the dietary behavior and nutritional status can be improved to a certain extent.The application of peer education model in nutrition education is effective.
