摘　　要："强毅力行,通达天下"的"通商精神"充分展示了历代南通从商者为实现远大志向迎难而上、顽强拼搏、自强不息的精神品格。"通商精神"内涵丰富,"家国一体"的爱国主义为其核心价值观。"精神是物质的最高产物",南通独特的地理位置和生存环境,孕育了历代通商"家国一体"的爱国主义价值观。"小家"与"大国"同命相依、同声相应、同气相求,成为历代通商群体共同的价值追求。兴办实业和教育是历代通商"家国一体"爱国主义价值观的理性实践。＂Explore the world by earnest practice with strong perseverance＂, the spirit of Nantong Merchants＇,displays the spirit of the past generations of Nantong Merchants. They challenge the difficulties bravely, strive to succeed tenaciously, and make unremitting efforts to improve themselves. The spirit of Nantong Merchants has a rich connotation, and the patriotism values of integration of family and nation is the core spirit. The u-nique geographical position and living environment have given birth to the patriotism values of integration of family and the nation as the core value of Nantong Merchants through the ages. The common destiny, the joint voice, and the common temperament of the big nation and the small home have become the common pursuit of Nantong Merchants through the ages. The foundation of industry and education is the rationalistic practices of the patriotism values of integration of family and nation over the past generations of Nantong Merchants.
