联合检测P27、P63、P504s对前列腺良恶性疾病病理诊断探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨在前列腺良恶性疾病患者临床诊断过程中,免疫组化联合检测鉴别诊断的应用效果。方法选取2014-01~2016-06我院收治的前列腺良恶性疾病患者172例,其中良性前列腺病变患者117例,前列腺癌患者55例,应用免疫组化方法分析P27、P63、P504s的表达情况。结果 P27、P63、P504s在前列腺增生中阳性表达率分别为92.3%、100%、0,在低级别上皮内瘤病变中阳性表达率分别为82.6%、100%、6.9%,在高级别上皮内瘤病变中阳性表达率分别为75.0%、91.7%、25.0%,在前列腺癌中阳性表达率分别为32.7%、3.6%、87.3%。经比较,PCa组P27、P63、P504sz的阳性表达与其他组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论在前列腺癌中P27、P63蛋白低表达,P504s高表达,对前列腺良恶性疾病具有鉴别诊断意义。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis of benign or malignant of prostatic diseases with P27、P63 and P504 s joint detection by immunohistochemistry in differential diagnosis.Methods 172 cases of benign or malignant prostatic diseases in our hospital were selected from January 2014 to June 2016,Among them,117 cases of benign and 55 cases of prostate cancer.The expressions of P27,P63 and P504 s were analyzed by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rates of P27,P63 and P504 s protein in BPH were 92.3%,100% and 0,and in LPIN were 82.6%,100% and 6.9%,and in HPIN were 75.0%,91.7% and 25.0%,and in prostate cancer were 32.7%,3.6% and 87.3%,respectively.By comparison,the expression of P27,P63 and P504 s proteins between prostate cancer and other prostate tissues was statistically significant.Conclusion Low expression protein of P27 and P63 and high of P504 s in prostate cancer,It has differential diagnosis significance of benign or malignant prostatic diseases.
