摘  要:目的:探讨功能性电刺激联合减重平板训练对脑卒中患者步行能力的影响。方法:选择2016年2月至2018年1月我院收治的脑卒中患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和平板组,每组43例。所有患者均接受常规康复治疗,平板组仅予以减重平板训练,联合组在平板组的基础上给予功能性电刺激进行治疗。观察并记录患者双侧平均步长、肢体负重时间百分比、3 min步行距离、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、综合痉挛量表(CSS)评分、10 m最快步行速度(MWS),比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:两组患者治疗后双侧平均步长、双侧肢体负重时间百分比、3 min步行距离等步态评定结果均较治疗前有所改善,联合组步态效果较平板组改善更明显(P<0.05);FMA、CSS、MWS评分均较治疗前改善,联合组较单纯平板组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:功能性电刺激联合减重平板训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者,能有效提高其步行效果,同时有利于改善患者步态。Objective: To explore the effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with treadmill training with body weight support on walking ability in patients with stroke. Methods: Eight-six patients with stroke in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into combined group and fiat group using a random number table, 43 cases in each group. All patients were accepted routine rehabilitation. The patients in fiat group were treated in treadmill training with body weight support, and functional clcctrieal stimulation combined with treadmill training with body weight support in combined group. The patients' bilateral average step length, the percentage of limb loading time, 3 rain walking distance, Fugl-Mcyer exercise function scale (FMA), comprehansivc spasmodic scale (CSS), and 10 m maximum walking speed (MWS) were observod and comparcd, and the clinical effects of the two groups werc compared. Results: The patients' bilateral average step length, the percentage of limb loading timc body weight pcreentagc of time on both sides and 3 rain walk distance were improvod after the treatment, more obvious in combined group. FMA score and 10 m MWS were higher after the treatment as compared with pre-treatmcnt, more higher in combined group, and CSS score was lower, more lower in combined group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Functional eiectrieai stimulation combined with treadmill training with body weight support for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve their walking effect and their gait.
