摘  要:医院竞争力的提高,关键在于有效的绩效考核和管理。行政后勤部门是医院管理方面的最核心的部分,他是医院组织、管理、决策、协调的执行者和推动者,也是临床一线等业务科室的服务者和保障者。目前该部门人员的绩效考核,是整个医院管理中最薄弱的一项。如何确保科学规范的绩效考核,提高工作质量,是当前改革的迫切需要。The key to improving the competitiveness of hospitals lies in effective performance appraisal and management. The administrative logistics department is the most central part of hospital management. It is the executor and promoter of hospital organization,management,decision-making and coordination,and it is also the server and guarantor of the first line of clinical operations. At present,the department personnel performance appraisal is the weakest one of the entire hospital management. How to ensure the scientific standard performance appraisal and to improve the quality of work is the urgent need of the current reform.
