摘 要:在研究卷筒卫生纸包装机的就位装置和包装薄膜装置的基础上提出了用多个凸轮机构协调动作替代多个伺服电机驱动的传动方案。利用Solid Works软件建立了虚拟样机,进行了运动模拟仿真。通过改进,卷筒卫生纸包装机的传动结构降低了生产成本。Based on the study of the positioning device and the film wrapping device of the roll toilet paper packaging machine, the transmission scheme of multiple cam mechanisms was put forward. In the scheme, the coordinated actions of the cam mechanisms could replace multiple servo motors. The virtual prototype was established by using Solid Works software; and the motion simulation was carried out. By improving the transmission structure of roll toilet paper packaging machine, the production cost was reduced.
