摘 要:汉语教师志愿者作为汉语传播的"一线媒体",其教学能力直接影响着汉语国际传播和推广的效果,汉语教师志愿者项目的初期选拔与行前培训是确定其自身素质和教学能力的主要方式。本文基于胜任力"冰山模型"理论框架,构建由掌握知识的能力、组织教学的能力、跨文化交际能力、教师意识与个人特质四方面组成的汉语教师志愿者胜任力模型,通过分析内隐、外显能力要素,进而明确初期选拔与培训过程中的能力侧重,对汉语教师志愿者项目采用有效的选拔模式,丰富现有培训形式,为汉语国际传播事业做出积极而有意义的探索。As the "frontline media",the teaching ability of Chinese teachers has a direct impact on the effect of the international communication and promotion of Chinese.The initial selection and training of Chinese teacher volunteers' projects are the main ways to determine their own qualities and teaching abilities.Based on the framework of "iceberg model",this paper constructs a Chinese teacher volunteers' competency model,which is composed of four aspects:knowledge ability,organizational teaching ability,cross-cultural communication ability,teacher consciousness and personal characteristics.Through the analysis of implicit and explicit abilities,the initial selection and training are made clear.The ability of the course is focused on the use of effective selection model for Chinese teacher volunteers,enriching the existing training form and making a positive and meaningful exploration for the international communication of Chinese.
