游客文明旅游意识养成路径研究——以四川出境游游客为例

摘　　要：随着大众旅游的兴起,我国旅游特别是我国的出境游人数出现井喷式增加。与此同时,我国出境游客的不文明行为也更多地引起了媒体和社会的关注。这些行为不仅损害了旅游目的地的自然和人文环境、旅游企业的利益,更严重损害了我国的国家形象,加强游客文明旅游意识的培养成为了当务之急。文章从游客文明旅游意识养成的角度出发,综合运用文献分析、访谈、问卷调查等方法,结合统计分析工具,探索影响游客文明意识的因素及其影响程度,进而探求培养游客文明意识的路径。With the rise of mass tourism,the number of tourists,especially outbound tourists has grown rapidly in China. Meanwhile,more and more uncivilized behaviors of Chinese tourists have caused the attention of media and society. It not only harmed the natural and cultural environment of tourist destinations and the economic benefit of tourism companies,but also damaged the state image of China. Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the tourists＇ consciousness of civilized tourist behavior. Based on the methods of document researching,interviews and questionnaires,by using the statistical analysis tool,this article explores the factors that affected tourists＇ consciousness of civilized behaviors and the influenced degree and then explores the path of cultivating tourists＇ consciousness of civilized behavior.
