摘  要:选用无醛添加NAF级基材与E0级浸渍胶膜纸制作浸渍胶膜纸饰面细木工板,在保证饰面板正常脱模、浸渍胶充分固化的前提下,分析热压时间和温度对产品甲醛释放量的影响。结果表明:适度地延长热压时间或升高热压温度,对产品甲醛释放量的影响不明显,仅通过调整热压参数,并不能使产品的甲醛释放量降低到零释放。To manufacture a surface decorated blockboard with extra-low formaldehyde emissions, the authors selected no-added formaldehyde(NAF) blockboards as substrate materials and E0 level impregnated papers as surface decorative materials. Effects of hot-pressing time and temperature on formaldehyde emissions from the samples were analyzed.The results indicated that extending hot-pressing time or increasing temperature had little effect on the formaldehyde emissions and that it was almost impossible to further reduce formaldehyde emissions from the samples to zero-emission level by hot pressing.
