摘　　要：目的观察HER-2阴性晚期胃癌患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)检测的结果,探讨临床应用价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年8月,郑州市中心医院肿瘤科收治的病理证实为HER-2阴性晚期胃癌患者35例,设为胃癌组,同时设良性胃疾病对照组(20例)和健康对照组(20例)。3组患者在治疗前取外周静脉血标本3.2 ml,采用免疫磁珠微粒阴性富集技术检测CTC,分析与患者临床特征之间的关系。结果胃癌组CTC检测阳性率为31.4%(11/35),对照组均未检出CTC。CTC阳性率与转移部位数目有关(P<0.05)。不同性别、年龄、ECOG评分、病理类型患者间CTC阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HER-2阴性晚期胃癌患者外周血CTC检测结果与转移部位数目相关,可用于预后评估。ObjectiveTo observe the results and explore the clinical value of circulating tumor cells（CTCs） in peripheral blood of patients with HER-2 negative advanced gastric cancer. MethodsWe selected35 patients with HER-2 negative advanced gastric cancer confirmed by pathology from January 2016 to August2017 in the Department of Oncology of Zhengzhou Central Hospital as the research objects, and set up 20 be-nign gastric disease patients as well as 20 healthy volunteers as control groups. After the sampling of 3. 2 mL pe-ripheral blood from subjects, the CTCs in peripheral blood were purified by negative selection using immu-nomagnetic technology and detected by immune fluorescence in situ hybridization （imFISH）. The relationshipbetween CTCs and the patients. clinical features were analyzed. ResultsThe positive rate of CTCs in the gas-tric cancer group was 31. 4 %（11/35）, CTCs were not detected in the control groups.The positive expression ofCTCs were related with the number of metastatic sites （P =0. 011）. The positive rate of CTCs in gastric cancer patients was rarely related to gender, age, ECOG grade, pathology- type （P〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions CTCs detection results,having a con＇elation with patients＇ clinical features, may be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with HER-2 negative advanced gastric cancer.
