摘　　要：目的了解乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿对患者心理健康与生活质量的影响。方法采用问卷调查法,于浙江省多家三级甲等医院抽取260例乳腺癌术后患者,采用一般资料问卷、一般健康问卷(GHQ-20)和癌症患者生活质量调查表EORTC QLQ-C30和EORTC QLQ-BR23测量乳腺癌术后患者的心理状况和生活质量。结果乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿组GHQ-20-自我肯定量表得分低于非淋巴水肿组,忧郁量表、焦虑量表和身心问题的得分高于非淋巴水肿组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量调查表的结果显示,淋巴水肿组在功能领域的得分均较低,而症状领域的得分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿会增加患者的负性情绪,降低患者的自我认同感和生活质量,并增加不适症状。Objective To evaluate the effect of lymphedema on psychological status and quality of life of breast cancer patients after operation. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 260 patients of breast cancer. The psychological status and quality of life of the subjects were assessed with general data questionnaire,general health questionnaire（ GHQ-20）,EORTC QLQ-C30 and EORTC QLQ-BR23. Results The GHQ-20 self-affirmation score in lymphedema group was lower than that in non-lymphedema group（ P〈0.05）. The scores of the depression scale,anxiety scale,physical and mental problems were higher than those of the non-lymphedema group（ P〈0.05）. The results of the quality of life questionnaire showed that the scores in the functional field of the lymphedema group were lower than those of the non-lymphedema group（ P〈0.05）,the scores in the symptom areas were higher than those of the non-lymphedema group（ P0. 05）. Conclusions Lymphedema can increase the negative emotions,reduce self-identity and quality of life,and increase symptoms of breast cancer patients after operation.
