摘 要:目的研究非小细胞肺癌(non-small celllung cancer,NSCLC)患者中XAF1基因的mRNA水平,并分析与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系。方法采用Real-PCR检测60例NSCLC患者癌组织标本和配对正常癌旁组织的XAF1基因mRNA表达水平,比较癌组织和癌旁组织XAF1基因的表达差异;采用单因素方差分析不同临床病理特征间XAF1基因的表达差异。结果 NSCLC患者癌组织XAF1基因的mRNA水平明显低于正常癌旁组织XAF1基因的表达量,且XAF1基因的mRNA水平随着分化程度降低、TNM分期增加及淋巴结转移而降低;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 XAF1基因在NSCLC患者中呈低水平表达,其表达水平的降低可能与促进NSCLC的发生、发展有关。Objective To observe the mRNA level of XAF1 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) and to analysis the relationship between the expression of XAF1 and the clinicopathological features of NSCLC. Methods Real-time PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of XAF1 in 60 cases of NSCLC tissues and paired normal paracancerous tissues. One way ANOVA was used to analyze the difference of XAF1 gene expression among different clinicopathological features. Results The mRNA level of XAF1 gene in the cancer tissue of NSCLC patients was lower than that in normal paracancerous tissues( P〈0.05). The mRNA level of XAF1 gene decreased with the decrease of differentiation,increase of TNM stage and lymph node metastasis( P〈0.05). Conclusions The expression of XAF1 gene is low in NSCLC patients.The decreased expression of XAF1 may be related to the occurrence and development of NSCLC.
