摘　　要："思想道德修养与法律基础"课程教学内容广泛而抽象,长期以来,其教学面临着许多实际问题和现实矛盾,没有很好地发挥其思想教化和促进学生成才的现实影响作用。在当下中共中央宣传部、国家教育部关于加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的系列文件精神的要求和政策引领之下,只有多渠道切实提高该课程的质量效益,使其由"假、大、空"转变为"真、活、实",从而使学生真心喜爱并从中受益,才能充分体现课程设置的意义。The teaching content of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis is broad and abstract. For a long time,the teaching is confronted with many practical problems and contradictions,and it does not fully play the role of ideological education and the practical effect of cultivating students. Under the guidance of the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education on strengthening and improving the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities,the authors think only by effectively improving the quality of the course with multi-channel efforts and transforming it from ＂false,big,empty＂into ＂true,live,real＂,students can be genuinely interested and benefit from it and the curriculum significance can be ensured.
