摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为我国青少年在线健康信息查寻行为研究提供参考。[方法/过程]通过主题检索和文献追踪的方式收集论文,将检索到的论文按照研究内容和研究方法 2个方面进行系统分析,总结国外青少年在线健康信息查寻行为的查寻动机、查寻模式、查询频率、查寻主题和影响因素。[结果/结论]查寻动机主要分为个人内在因素和环境外在因素;大多数青少年采用搜索引擎或搜索引擎的推荐链接获取健康信息,只有极少数利用专业网站;只有一部分青少年通过网络查寻健康信息,且查寻频率不高;查寻健康信息内容最常见的有美肤、锻炼、营养、性健康和生殖健康;青少年在线健康信息行为受性别、年龄、性取向、种族、家庭背景、健康信息媒体素养和技术等因素的影响,是多种因素共同作用的结果。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for the study of adolescents＇ online health information search in China. [Method/process]It collects papers through subject retrieval and document tracking, systematically analyzes the retrieved papers according to the research content and research methods, and summarizes search motives, search modes, search frequency, search subjects and influence factors of foreign adolescents＇ online health information search behavior. [Result/conclusion]The motives are mainly divided into personal intrinsic factors and environmental extrinsic factors. Most adolescents use search engine or referral links to get health information, only a few adolescents use professonional websites. Only parts of adolescents search health information over the network, and their search frequency is not high. The most common health information contents of their searches include skin care,physical exercise, nutrition, sexual health and reproductive health. Adolescent online health information behavior is affected by gender,age, sexual orientation, family background, media literacy of health information and technologies, which results from various factors.
