摘  要:为了探明对星天牛Anoplophora chinensis有效的引诱物质,本实验研究了星天牛对其嗜好取食的砂糖橘Citrus reticulata cv.Shiyue Ju和苦楝Melia azedarach枝叶浸提物的触角电位反应(GC-EAD),结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析了寄主浸提物化学成分。结果表明:壬醛,α-蒎烯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、4-松油烯醇、松油醇、苯并噻唑和石竹烯等8种寄主植物组分均能引起星天牛不同程度的触角电位反应,其中壬醛的GC-EAD反应重复性最好。本研究为星天牛引诱剂开发提供了理论依据。In order to find out the effective attractant to the citrus longhorned beetle Anoplophora chinensis,electrophysiological response of extraction from branches and leaves of host plant Citrus reticulata cv. Shiyue Ju and Melia azedarach by coupled gas chromatography-electroantennographic detection(GC-EAD) and its gas chromatographic-mass spectrum(GC-MC) retention times were used.The results showed that 8 kinds of host plant components such as nonanal,α-pinene,limonene,linalool,4-terpineol,terpineol,benzothiazole and caryophyllene all can cause different degrees of GC-EAD response to A. chinensis,of which nonanal reaction best and most reproducible. This study provides a theoretical basis for the development of attractant to A. chinensis.
