摘 要:等效热点应力法是焊接结构疲劳可靠性分析的一种新算法,已经在小试件上获得了成功应用,在轨道车辆转向架构架这种大型焊接结构上还未见应用,文中将该算法应用于高速转向架构架上。通过建立某高速转向架构架的精细有限元模型,采用等效热点应力法计算转向架构架上若干关键焊缝的节点应力以及疲劳寿命,并与厚度方向积分热点应力法作比较。等效热点应力法具有计算简单,计算结果准确,效率高的特点,能够很好的应用于转向架构架这种大型焊接结构的疲劳寿命评估和结构设计。Equivalent hot spot stress method is a new algorithm for welded structure fatigue reliability analysis,it has obtained successful application in the small specimens,but there is no application on the railway vehicle bogie frame.In this paper,the algorithm was applied to high-speed bogie frame.The node stress and fatigue life of several critical weld joints are calculated by equivalent hot-spot stress method through the establishment of a detailed finite element model of high-speed bogie frame,and compare to hot spot stress method on thickness direction.As the equivalent hot-spot stress method has the characteristics of simple calculation,accurate calculation and high efficiency,it can be applied to the fatigue life assessment and structure design of the large welded structure of the bogie frame.
