摘　　要：构建双语医疗卫生环境,提高整体对外医疗学术交流合作和涉外医疗服务水平,标志着城市及医院的开放和国际化程度。本研究对某市医疗卫生机构英语公示语进行了调查,对翻译中存在的问题进行了归类和分析,并从译者水平、公示语语料库建设、行业规范与监管以及医院管理等方面指出提升医院英语公示语标准化和规范化程度的对策和措施,对促进城市双语医疗环境的构建有所启示。The construction of bilingual medical environment of a city is a symbol of its openness and development.In the view of the construction of bilingual medical environment of X City,English public signs of medical institutions were investigated,the problems analyzed and strategies of improvement proposed from the perspectives of translators＇ linguistic level,public sign text corpus,professional standardization and supervision and hospital management,aiming to enhance the standardization and normalization of English public signs in hospitals.
