摘　　要：以中厚板成材率、正品率、单块轧制周期和投料块数为基础,定义了单时产值标识并作为双定尺中厚板轧制坯料选型的单一函数,从而避免选型的多目标变量性。单时产值标识以最高单位时间内的利润为目标,可以有效地从有限坯料类型中选择最符合生产利润需求的坯料,也可以根据实际情况灵活修正工艺参数,包括根据对各个工艺参数的看重程度调节对应的权重系数。使用结果表明,以单时产值标识为目标函数可以有效地进行坯料选型,具有灵活高效的特点和实际应用价值。The Identification of Unit Time Output Value is defined on the basis of yield rate,qualification rate,single piece rolling cycle and delivering slab number for medium and heavy plate,which is to be used as the single function of slab selection for cut to length and width plate so as to avoid the multi-objective variable characteristic of selection. Taking the highest profit in unit time as the target,the identification of unit time output value can efficiently select the slab mostly meeting the demand of production profit from limited types of slabs,and also modify process parameters according to actual conditions with more flexibility,including the adjustment of corresponding weighing coefficient of process parameters. The application results show that the slab selection taking the identification of unit time output value as target function can efficiently select slab,which is of flexible and efficient features and practical application value.
