摘  要:目的:利用日全食这一特殊的自然条件,根据"四时五藏阴阳"理论,研究日食对大鼠和小鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质分泌的影响。方法:在日食前、日食中以及日食后取大鼠和小鼠下丘脑组织。利用高效液相法测定大鼠和小鼠下丘脑中单胺类递质的含量。结果:与日食前组、日食中组比较,日食后组大鼠和小鼠下丘脑中5-HIAA含量显著减少(P<0.01),5-HT含量显著减少(P<0.01)。结论:单胺类神经递质对日食产生的光照等变化反应灵敏,在日食条件下,下丘脑的单胺类神经递质含量有显著性变化,说明中医学"四时五藏阴阳"和"天人相应"理论具有科学的内涵。Objective : To study the effects of changes in light conditions on the secretion of monoanfine neurotransmitters in the hy- pothalanms of rats by using the special natural conditions of total solar eclipse according to the "yin-yang of the four seasons and the five viscera" theory-. Methods:Rat hypothalanms was taken before, during, and after solar eclipse. The content of monoanline neurotransmitters in rat hypothalanms was determined by HPLC. Results : Compared with the pre-eelipse group and the eclipse group, the content of 5-HIAA in the hypothalanms decreased significantly ( P〈0.01),and 5-HT decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Monoamine neurotransmitters are sensitive to changes in the light environment. Under light sudden changes, the monoanline neurotransmitter content of the hypothalanms has a significant change.
