摘 要:目的:探讨淫羊藿叶的化学组成成分。方法:使用萃取、正相硅胶、溶剂法提取法、制备高效液相色谱分析法、Sephadex LH-20、反相ODS等多种分离纯化方法,来对淫羊藿叶化学成分进行分离研究,综合应用磁共振成像、质谱等方法鉴定各单体化合物结构。结果:从淫羊藿干燥叶的95%乙醇提取物(V/V)中共分离鉴定7个化合物,分别为4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯;4-羟基-3-异戊二烯基-苯甲酸;3,5,7,4'-四甲氧基黄酮;2,3,4,6,7-五甲氧基-菲;5,7,4'-三甲氧基-4-苯基香豆素;4-羟基-(2E)-2-壬烯酸;4,5,-二羟基-2,3,6-三甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲。结论:化合物1-7均为首次从淫羊藿属分离得到化合物。Objective:To study chemical composition of Epimedium leaves. Methods:The extraction method, silica gel, extrac-tion solvent, preparation of high performance liquid chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and other purification methods were used to study the separation of chemical constituents of the leaves of epimedium. NMR and mass spectrometry were comprehensive-ly applied to identify-all the compounds. Results :7 compounds were isolated and identified from the 95 % ethanol extract of Epime-dium dry leaves ( V/V), including ( 1 ) 4-hydroxy cinnamic acid methyl ester, (2) 4-hydroxy-3-polyisoprene-henzoic acid, ( 3 ) 3,5,7,4' tetramethoxflavone, ( 4 ) 2,3,4,6,7-five methoxy-Philippines, ( 5 ) 5,7,4 '-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin, ( 6 ) 4 - ( 2 E )- 2-hydroxy-nonenoic acid, (7) 4,5, dihydroxyl-2,3,6-trimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene. Conclusion : Compound 1-7 is firstly isolated from Epimedium genus compounds.
