翻转课堂在《饲料卫生与安全学》课程教学中的应用

摘　　要：翻转课堂教学模式的提出在国内外高校引起了很大的反响,很多课程在教学改革中引入了翻转课堂,提高了学生的学习兴趣和积极性,大大提高了学习效率。针对安徽科技学院动植物检疫专业开设的《饲料卫生与安全学》,设计了传统教学与翻转课堂教学相结合的教学模式,取得了明显效果,为"翻转课堂"的推广研究及学科教学应用提供参考。The presentation of the flipped classroom teaching mode has aroused great repercussions in many colleg- es and university at home and abroad.The application of the flipped classroom teaching mode could improve stu- dents＇ interest and enthusiasm in the teaching reform of many courses, and greatly improve the learning efficiency. The text showed that the different teaching effects between traditional teaching mode and flipped classroom teaching mode in ＂Feed hygiene and security＂, the result will provide a reference for the extension research and the application of the subject teaching of ＂flipped classroom＂.
