摘 要:为了研究不同水平纤维素酶对常规和低水分稻草青贮发酵品质的影响,为生产优质稻草青贮饲料提供理论依据。试验调制常规水分(70.00%)和低水分(37.50%)两种水分的稻草青贮,每种水分均设4组纤维素酶(cellulase,CEL)添加浓度,分别为0(CON)、20(CEL1)、40(CEL2)和80mg·kg^(-1)(CEL3),共计8个处理。每个处理重复3次。常温下青贮60d开封,测定青贮饲料的发酵品质和化学成分。结果发现:两种水分青贮料中,低水分青贮料的pH和DMR显著(P<0.05)提高,NH_3-N含量显著(P<0.05)低于常规水分青贮料;常规青贮中,4组纤维素酶浓度组的WSC含量显著(P<0.05)增加、NDF和ADF含量显著(P<0.05)减少,其中CEL1组和CEL2组的pH显著(P<0.05)降低;低水分青贮中,4组纤维素酶浓度组的pH和NDF含量显著(P<0.05)降低、DM含量显著(P<0.05)增加,另外,CEL2组和CEL3组的DMR含量显著(P<0.05)提高,CEL2组的WSC含量显著(P<0.05)增加;2种水分青贮中,均以CEL2组的DM、DMR、WSC最高,pH、GLR、NDF含量、ADF含量、NH_3-N含量最低。研究结果表明,在常规水分和低水分稻草青贮中,3个纤维素酶水平都有显著的添加效果,且以40mg·kg^(-1)的添加效果最佳。This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effects of adding cellulase on the quality ofrice straw silage.Normal moisture content(70%)(MC1)and low moisture content(37.5%)(MC2)rice straw were ensiled in laboratory silos after addition of cellulase at rates of 0,20,40 and 80 mg·kg-1 fresh straw(short for CK,CEL1,CEL2 and CEL3).After 60 days of storage,the silos were opened for chemical analyses.The results showed that:Compared to MC1 silages,the MC2 silages had higher pH value and dry matter recovery(DMR)(P〈0.05)and lower NH_3-N content(P〈0.05).The water soluble-carbohydrate(WSC)content was significantly increased(P〈0.05)and the contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)were significantly decreased(P〈0.05)in MC1 silages,and the pH value and NDF content were significantly decreased(P〈0.05)and dry matter(DM)content was significantly increased(P〈0.05)in MC2 silages when treated with cellulase.The pH value was significantly decreased by CEL1 and CEL2 treatments(P〈0.05)in MC1 silages,the DMR silages was significantly increased by CEL2 and CEL3 treatments(P〈0.05)and the WSC content was significantly increased by CEL2 treatment(P〈0.05)in MC2 silages.The CEL2 treatment had highest DM content,DMR and WSC content,and lowest pH value,GLR,NDF content,ADF content and NH_3-N content.This study confirmed that the fermented quality of silage were improved when cellulase was added to MC1 and MC2 silages and the 40 mg·kg^(-1) treatment had the best effects.
