评价有效的急诊急救方法对口腔颌面伤的治疗效果影响

摘　　要：目的评价有效的急诊急救方法对口腔颌面伤的治疗效果影响。方法对我院收治的120例口腔颌面外伤患者进行资料回顾,将其分为对照组与观察组进行治疗,对照组行常规急诊急救,观察组行系统有效的急诊急救,每组各60例,观察患者处理措施的效果、患者生活质量及治疗满意度。结果对照组总有效率为76.67%,观察组患者总有效率为93.33%,观察组显著高于对照组;观察组患者的精神健康、情感职能、总体健康及生活功能分数明显高于对照组;对照组与观察组的总满意度分别为80.00%、95.00%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予口腔颌面伤进行急诊急救方法,患者的治疗有效率更高,生活质量以及满意度都能得到显著提高,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the influence of effective emergency first aid on the treatment of oral and maxillofacial injuries. Methods 120 patients with oral and maxillofacial trauma in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups for treatment including control group and observation group. The control group received routine emergency first aid and the observation group received systematic and effective first aid, with 60 patients in each group. The effect of treatment measures, quality of life, and satisfaction of treatment in patients were observed. Results The total effective rate was 76.67% in the control group and was 93.33% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The scores of mental health, emotional function, general health and life function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The total satisfaction of the observation group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency first aid in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial injury can improve the patient＇s efficiency, quality of life and satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
