摘 要:电动汽车动力总成与传统燃油汽车相比结构差异较大,动力总成的改变致使电动汽车表现出了不同于传统燃油汽车的NVH问题,动力总成振动对整车的NVH的影响很大程度上决定于动力总成悬置系统的设计,文章以某款电动载货汽车动力总成悬置系统优化为研究对象,利用仿真软件Adams对两种不同布置形式悬置系统进行了模态和振动能量解耦率分析,选择出合理的一套动力总成悬置方案,并结合整车的NVH对动力总成悬置垫块的刚度进行优化,提升了整车的NVH性能,研究内容对工程实际具有指导意义。Electric vehicle powertrain and traditional fuel vehicles compared to large differences in the structure, the powertrain changes resulting in electric car show NVH is different from the traditional fuel vehicles, Powertrain vibration effects on vehicle NVH depends largely on the design of powertrain mounting system, this paper makes a electric vehicle powertrain mounting system optimization as the research object, using the simulation software Adams, rigid modal and vibration energy decoupling of two different layout forms of suspension system, a reasonable choice of a powertrain mounting scheme, combined with the vehicle NVH for the powertrain mounting pad stiffness optimization, enhance the NVH performance of the vehicle, the research content has practical guiding significance for engineering.
