摘　　要：汽车作为一种产品,美观的造型是产品价值重要的部分。灯具特别是尾灯,对于汽车美感至关重要。汽车侧围上的外侧尾灯和尾门上的内侧尾灯,在造型上通常是连贯的,但是在产品上,外侧尾灯和内侧尾灯之间的暗区,使尾灯造型被打断。尾灯面罩材料一般是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,成型方法为注塑成型。文章给出一种在面罩成型中通过二次注塑,使外侧尾灯和内侧尾灯间暗区大大减小的结构设计方法,提升了尾灯造型连续性和美感。Beautiful styling is an important part of value of automobile. And lamp, especially tail lamp, is a key factor in automotive styling. Generally the integrality of tail lamp is emphasized by styling designer. But there usually is a big dark area between inside tail lamp and outside tail lamp, which breaks the integrality of tail lamp. PMMA is mostly used on Lens of tail lamp which is made by injection mold. Here a new method of engineering design-two times injection-is given to decrease dark area between inside and outside tail lamp, which will make styling of tail lamp better.
