摘  要:提出了一种乙烯裂解炉管渗碳蠕变复合损伤剩余寿命的工程评价方法,结合炉管壁厚及渗碳检测、有限元应力分析及蠕变累积损伤计算,实现了炉管剩余寿命的工程评价。用该方法对服役乙烯裂解炉管进行了寿命评价,利用金相观察确定炉管渗碳层厚度,通过有限元计算渗碳应力,应用LarsonMiller参数法计算了炉管的蠕变累积损伤及剩余寿命,得到了炉管的剩余寿命为2.7年。该方法为乙烯裂解炉管的安全服役及稳定运行提供了依据。An engineering method for evaluating the residual life of ethylene cracking furnace tubes damaged by the carburization and creep combination was proposed. This method has the thickness and carburization detection,finite element stress analysis and the creep cumulative damage combined to realize engineering evaluation of the damaged furnace tube's remaining life. Applying this method to evaluate in-service ethylene cracking furnace tubes was implemented,including applying optical observation to determine the carburization layer of tubes,adopting the finite element method to calculate the carburization stress and employing the LarsonMiller parameter method to evaluate the tube's cumulative creep damage and residual life of 2. 7 years. The proposed method provides a basis for safe and steady operation of ethylene cracking furnace tubes.
