低龄儿童龋患儿及其父母龋活性的调查

摘　　要：目的:检测低龄儿童龋(ECC)患儿及其父母的龋活性,并分析其相关的影响因素。方法:选取6岁以下ECC患儿78名,及其父母共234名作为研究对象,采用Cariostat法检测其龋活性,并通过检查ECC患儿及其父母的龋均(dmft/DMFT),分析ECC患儿与其父母龋活性的相关性;通过问卷调查,分析影响ECC患儿龋活性的影响因素。结果:(1)78名ECC患儿的龋活性值与其母亲的龋活性值呈正相关(r_s=0.350,P<0.05);(2)ECC患儿的dmft与其父、母亲的DMFT均呈正相关(r_s=0.274,r_s=0.311,P<0.05);(3)低龋活性组与高龋活性组ECC患儿喂养方式之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:可以通过检测母亲的龋活性及患龋情况预测其孩子的患龋情况。完全母乳喂养是ECC患儿高龋活性的易感因素。AIM： To investigate the relationship of early childhood caries（ECC） with the caries activity of corresponding parents by Cariostat method. METHODS： 78 children aged 6 years or younger with ECC and the corresponding parents （234 subjects） were included in the study. The caries activity of the subjects was examined by Cariostat method, the correlation of dmft or DMFT was analyzed; meanwhile the relative factors were investigated and analyzed. RESULTS： ① The correlation coefficient of ECC activity test score and the corresponding morthers′caries activity test score was r s=0.350, P 〈0.05. ②The correlation cocefficient of ECC patients′dmft and the corresponding morthers′ DMFT was r s=0.311 , P 〈0.05. The correlation coefficient of ECC patients′dmft and the corresponding fathers′ DMFT was r s=0.274 , P 〈0.05. ③In high caries activity group, the proportion of breast-feeding ECC patients was higher than that of other feeding manners of ECC patients. There was a significant difference in feeding manners between the low caries activity test and high caries activity test groups （ P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： It might be possible in clinic to forecast the occurrence of ECC by testing morthers′caries activity and the index of DMFT to prevent the occurrence of pediatric dental caries. Breast-feeding is a risk factor of high caries activity of ECC patients.
