现代高等职业教育的利益相关者及其诉求分析

摘　　要：现代高职教育是一个与多个相关利益者有着或亲或疏关联的教育类型,一方面,其持续发展依赖于政府的政策支持和经费投入、企业的参与度、与中职、本科以及更高层次教育的衔接与沟通的深度与广度等,另一方面,其也在一定程度上影响着相关利益主体的目标达成,既是政府实现政治经济资本增值、提升政治影响力的必然选择,也是企业扩大经济效益、提升市场竞争力的重要法宝,也是中职提升吸引力、应用技术本科转型发展的重要基础.由此,高职教育应充分发挥相关利益者的作用,以促进其自身更好和更快的发展。Modern higher vocational education is a type of education that links with multiple stakeholders strongly or weakly.On the one hand,the sustained development dependents on supportive policies,funds from the government,participation of enterprises,the depth and width of the connection and communication with medium vocational education,undergraduate and higher-level education.On the other hand,it affects the utilization of stakeholders＇ goal to a certain extent.For government,modern higher education is a necessary choice for the increment of political and economic capital and the improvement of political power.It is also an important way to increase economic benefits and enhance market competitiveness for enterprises.It is an essential basis for medium vocational education to improve attractiveness and for the transformation of applied technology bachelor.In a word,higher vocational education should activate the potential of stakeholders to promote a faster and better development.
