摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对不典型乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经手术病理证实的不典型乳腺癌的声像图特征,并进行超声分型。结果根据32例不典型乳腺癌的声像图特征将其分为5种类型:囊实性结节型5例,导管型11例,微钙化型6例,片状低回声型8例,隐匿型2例。其中,浸润性导管癌12例,浸润性小叶癌5例,浸润性乳头状癌3例,导管内癌10例,黏液癌1例,混合性浸润癌1例。结论充分认识不典型乳腺癌的超声图像特征,有助于提高不典型乳腺癌的术前超声诊断准确率。Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of atypical breast cancer.Methods The sonographic features of 32 patients with surgically and pathologically confirmed atypical breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were classified according to the sonographic characteristics. Results According to the sonographic features,32 cases of atypical breast cancer were classified as cystic and solid type（ n = 5）,duct type（ n =11）,microcalcification type（ n = 6）,hypoechoic area type（ n = 8）,and occult type（ n = 2）. There were 12 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma,5 cases of invasive lobular carcinoma,3 cases of invasive papillary carcinoma,10 cases of intraductal carcinoma,one case of mucinous carcinoma,and one case of mixed invasive carcinoma. Conclusion Ultrasonography can improve the accurate rate of preoperative diagnosis of atypical breast cancer.
