摘　　要：供应链企业的竞争日益激烈,而供应链质量是影响整条供应链的竞争力和获益力的主要因素,因此对供应链质量进行改进就尤为重要。据此,文章在风险规避条件下考虑质量损失和延期支付的供应链质量改进问题,在制造商和供应商均具有风险规避行为特征的条件下,以供应链质量模型为基础,构建了制造商公平偏好条件下考虑质量损失和延期支付的供应链质量改进模型,并以沈阳某电气能源公司为实例,确定供应链质量改进和定价决策。The competition of supply chain enterprises is becoming more and more intense, and supply chain quality is the main factor affecting the competitiveness and profitability of the whole supply chain. Therefore, it is very important to improve the quality of supply chain. This paper considers supply chain quality improvement issues like quality loss and deferred payment un- der risk aversion. And then under the condition of the manufacturers and the suppliers with the characteristics of risk avoidance behavior, and based on supply chain quality model, the paper constructs a supply chain quality improvement model considering the quality loss and deferred payment under the condition of fair preference. Finally the paper takes Shenyang Electric Energy Company as an example to ensure the supply chain quality improvement and pricing decision.
